DrivEASY Training Centre Cancellation Policy

We understand that your time, like ours, is valuable. When you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time specifically for you. As we have a high demand for our services, late cancellations or missed appointments make filling those slots with other clients challenging and may prevent them from accessing our driving training services.

To ensure a smooth scheduling process, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments. We understand that circumstances can change, and we appreciate your cooperation in notifying us promptly.

DrivEASY Training Centre Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment through our online booking system will not incur any penalties.

  2. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the appointment will result in the full lesson fee being charged. This policy applies to situations where our service provider cannot access the property, is turned away, the client is a no-show or lacks a valid learner's permit or license.

  3. Suppose DrivEASY Training Centre needs to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice. In that case, we will work with you to reschedule a new appointment at your convenience without any penalties, subject to our availability.

  4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

  5. We recommend confirming your appointment in advance to avoid any scheduling issues. It's essential to ensure all details are accurate and up-to-date.
